The ideal candidate will manage store openings, construction, and communication with franchisees and general contractors (GCs), ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.\nResponsibilities:\n- Manage new store projects as a Project Manager in the U.S. and Central / South America.\n- Oversee and supervise interior construction and site management.\n- Design floor and elevation plans for new stores.\n- Communicate with franchisees and GCs to manage requirements and expectations.\n- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.\nQualifications:\n- Fluency in both English and Korean.\n- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Illustrator.\n- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nPreferred Experience:\n- Degree in Interior Design or experience in the restaurant industry.\n- Valid driver's license.\n- Availability for international travel, including extended stays.\nMore Info\nWorking Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)\nSalary: To be determined after the interview.
