Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This role offers a dynamic blend of early intervention (EI) service and early childhood special education, serving children from birth to age three. You'll split your time between collaborating with the EI team and engaging directly with the Early Childhood Special Education team for a truly well-rounded experience.What You'll Do:Provide OT evaluations one day a week, assessing up to three children per evaluation dayDeliver direct occupational therapy services to students and parents, primarily in-home, but also in community child care settings, in-home child care programs, or in-clinic as neededCollaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive supportParticipate in pushing into community childcare programs and integrating services in more naturalistic settingsDevelop and recommend functional, educational therapy goals tailored to each child's needsCollect and manage data to track therapy progress and outcomesComplete Medicaid billing documentation if eligible (optional, not required)Focus exclusively on clinical needs—case management or service coordination is not part of this positionQualifications:Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience or strong interest in early childhood/early intervention settingsComfortable working with children (birth to three) and their families in a variety of environmentsSkilled in educational goal writing and supporting curriculum adaptationsStrength in communication, relationship building, and collaborative teamworkMedicaid billing experience is a plusStep into a setting where your expertise can foster developmental progress and independence from the very start of a child's journey.
