This position requires a combination of leadership, customer service skills, and a deep understanding of cannabis products and regulations. This role reports to the General Manager as is subject to change.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCustomer Service:\nEnsure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.\nProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product guidance, and resolving issues.\nSales and Upselling:\nSupervise and support budtenders in delivering effective sales strategies.\nEncourage upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
