process improvements and the adoption of new technologies where beneficial.Encourage a culture of learning and innovation within the teams.Must-Have Skills And Qualifications Education & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in software development.Technical ExpertiseProficiency in frontend technologies: React, Redux, Next.js, and TypeScript.Solid experience with backend technologies: Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.Leadership & CommunicationPrior experience leading small teams or projects.Strong project management skills, including sprint planning and task estimation.Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.Good-to-Have Skills And QualificationsExperience with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab.Knowledge of event-driven
