Classes are offered during the week, evenings, and weekends and we will work with your schedule to assign teaching opportunities.Responsibilities:Course Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative online courses covering the required curriculum for Florida Security D license applicants. Course curriculum already established and approved by FDACS.Facilitation: Lead live virtual sessions, discussions, and interactive activities to enhance student learning and comprehension.Statute and Regulation Knowledge: Thoroughly explain and clarify relevant statutes, regulations, and best practices related to security operations in Florida, to include a full understanding of F.S. 493 and Florida Administrative codes.Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.Technical Assistance: Assist students in navigating the online learning platform and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, licensing requirements, and instructional best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities.Security Experience: Demonstrated experience working in the security industry, preferably in roles requiring a Security D license.Instructional Skills: Proven ability to deliver effective and engaging instruction, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of adult learners.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and other technology required for remote instruction.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate varying student schedules and time zones.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with students and colleagues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
