We are now hiring for an Manfacturing Engineer.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nAs the Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:\nInterpret and convert customer technical data for Data Bus, RF, Point-to-Point wire harnesses to manufacturing documentation for building high quality products.\nProblem solves and troubleshoots internal production or customer design issues.\nRecommends corrective or preventive actions to improve product quality or reliability.\nPrepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures.\nProvide technical expertise or support to production teams.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\n3-5 years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing environment.\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.\nExperience in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software.\nKnowledgeable in industry drawing standards and Military Specifications.\nPossess strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.\nProficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Programs.\nPREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:\nHands-on experience with aerospace harness design, electrical interconnects, integration, and systems for aerospace equipment.\nExperience working with program requirements, equipment performance specs, wire connection lists, wire gauge sizing, and connector selection.\nCommunicate in a clear and concise manner effectively across multiple levels.\nBe team-minded and ready to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural, fast-moving, and complex/technical environment.\nMust have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, good communication and critical thinking and analytical skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nBENEFITS:\n401K\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance\nAccrued PTO and 10 paid holidays\nTuition assistance for professional growth\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
