Job SummaryThis job is a combination of support services for customers, engineering staff, and sales staff of our GradeScan systems with Perceptive Sight AI technologically.Job Responsibilities Include (not limited to):Phone and onsite customer supportSoftware engineer supportRegression testing of new softwareCustomer trainingSystem startupTroubleshooting system issuesUpgrading and installation of software to systems remotelyR&D testing for software engineersTravel both domestically and internationally up to 33% of the timeWork with the entire client team and interact successfully with all staff to ensure the best results possible for the customerBasic Requirements:Excellent people skills with a can-do attitudeAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 33%MS WindowsAccess to high speed internetExcellent troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to multitaskPreferred Additional Skills:Experience in customer serviceExperience in sawmill or planer mill environmentKnowledge of lumber gradingKnowledge of Lumber mill optimizationAbility to install computer programs and navigate windows environment
