BILINGUAL REQUIREDJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Data Center Technician to oversee daily operations within our data center environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure while leading a team of technicians. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and supervise a team of data center techniciansOversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networking equipment, and cabling systemsEnsure optimal performance, uptime, and reliability of data center infrastructureCoordinate and execute hardware deployments, upgrades, and decommissionsMonitor systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysisMaintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and proceduresEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practicesCollaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to support business needsManage vendor relationships and coordinate onsite support when necessaryRequirementsProven experience in a data center environment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and data center operationsExperience with rack and stack, cabling, and power distribution systemsAbility to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues effectivelyExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBilingual (required)Willingness and ability to travel as needed (required)Ability to lift and move equipment and work in a physically demanding environmentPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant data center certificationsFamiliarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systemsExperience working in high-availability or mission-critical environmentsBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunitiesIf you’re a proactive leader with strong technical skills and a passion for data center operations, we encourage you to apply.
