A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students. Key Responsibilities Guide prospective students through their educational and professional goals and the enrollment process Drive performance outcomes by converting inquiries to applicants and ensuring a supportive service experience Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience Required Qualifications Considerable experience with PC-related software and information systems, including CRM systems Some student services experience in a higher education setting Some knowledge of consultative coaching principles and practices in college student services Experience providing consultative coaching and customer service to non-traditional students Experience within a college admissions office is a plus
