Software Engineer

This global fintech firm operates at the intersection of crypto, payments, and trading infrastructure, building real-time systems that route liquidity across 30+ centralized and decentralized venues to deliver optimal trade execution. The environment is highly engineering-driven, focused on performance, reliability, and scalable distributed systems handling real-money transactions at high volume.What will you do? Designing, building and maintaining their core trading execution systems using Golang/C++Developing and direct management of high-throughput, low latency connectivity to crypto exchanges and liquidity providersOptimizing code for high concurrency and minimal latency to ensure best in class trade execution and system performanceThe trading team is core to the business. It is the engine of the platform, not a support function or a side project. The team is scaling and modernizing parts of the system, moving more aggressively to Golang. This role is for engineers who enjoy systems- level backend work, concurrency and solving real infrastructure problems.
