This role ensures strict access control, continuous monitoring, and rapid response to security incidents while supporting compliance with data protection and operational security standards.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nControl and monitor access to the company's property, verifying credentials and maintaining access logs\nConduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to identify security risks or unsafe conditions\nMonitor surveillance systems, alarms, and security equipment; respond to alerts promptly\nEnforce facility security policies, procedures, and visitor protocols\nPerform bag checks, badge checks, and escort visitors, contractors, and vendors as required\nRespond to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances in accordance with established procedures\nDocument incidents, irregularities, and daily activities through detailed reports\nCoordinate with staff, management, and emergency responders as needed\nSupport compliance with regulatory, client, and corporate security requirements\nMaintain a professional and customer-service-oriented presence at all times\nOther Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrior security experience or law enforcement required\nBasic computer skills for access systems, reporting, and monitoring tools\nAbility to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality\nAbility to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs as required\nWillingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime\nAbility to work in a secure, controlled-access environment\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
