Ever Loving Care LLC is a Group home for adults with IDD and TBI Residential Counselor This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Owner at Ever Loving Care LLC in Gastonia, NC. The Company Owner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the company’s financial health. Key responsibilities will include managing staff, cultivating a positive culture, handling business development initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with stakeholders and clients. Effective management of resources and maintaining high-quality care standards will also be a priority.
