A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate day‑to‑day communications for advisors/leadership.Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a high-touch experience.Prepare, track, and organize client paperwork (onboarding, account forms, compliance documentation)Maintain and update CRM records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.Support basic office and operational tasks.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
