About the Opportunity:The Network Services Manager is responsible for leading the strategic execution and daily management of the organization’s enterprise network services. This role ensures network reliability, security, and performance while guiding a diverse team and aligning network capabilities with evolving technologies and business needs. The position is critical for advancing network modernization efforts, including cloud integration, automation, and security enhancements.3. Responsibilities:• Execute and support the strategic vision for enterprise network services, including cloud infrastructure• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as Zero Trust architecture, SD-WAN, and cloud-native networking• Lead deployment of automation tools to enhance service reliability and reduce manual tasks• Act as a key escalation point for critical network incidents• Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align network services with organizational goals• Oversee design, implementation, and support of LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, and cloud networks• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards; participate in audits• Manage network capacity planning, performance tuning, and observability• Assist in budget planning, vendor negotiations, and contract management• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement• Support integration of SaaS platforms and manage Azure-hosted infrastructure, including disaster recovery• Participate in cloud vendor risk assessments and align with security and compliance standards• Contribute to initiatives such as Zero Trust Network, Privileged Access Management, and Network Detection Response deployments4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or Security+• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Deep understanding of network architecture including cloud networking (Azure, AWS), SD-WAN, and hybrid environments• Experience with network automation, scripting, and observability tools• Strong organizational and analytical skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network management platforms• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI, NIST, FFIEC) and security best practices• Initiative and ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.6.
