Our solutions combine high-speed cameras, image processing, AI, and industrial software to help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency for customers in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries.This is a hands-on role focused on software development, system performance, and collaboration within a global engineering environment.In This Role, You WillDesign, develop, test, and maintain software for industrial vision inspection systemsContribute to high-performance applications involving image processing and real-time data handlingParticipate in software design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement effortsTroubleshoot and resolve software issues related to performance, reliability, and system integrationCollaborate with software, systems, and project teams on new features and product enhancementsSupport software quality initiatives through testing, debugging, and documentationContribute to integration efforts involving industrial hardware, cameras, and plant-level communication systemsWork within Agile development processes and modern software development practicesActively contribute to the codebase by developing new functionality and improving existing applicationsOur Technology EnvironmentC++ for high-performance and real-time applicationsC# / .NET for tools, services, and operator interfacesPython for scripting, utilities, and prototypingVision and image processing technologies such as OpenCV or similar frameworksHigh-speed industrial camera technologiesIndustrial communication protocols such as OPC UA and ModbusAzure DevOps, Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development practicesWe’re Looking for Someone WhoHas a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldHas professional software development experience in C++, C#, or related technologies (5y at least)Is comfortable working in Agile development environmentsHas experience with modern software development and source control practicesPossesses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsWorks well in a collaborative engineering environmentCommunicates effectively with technical teams and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with machine vision, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or real-time applicationsFamiliarity with image processing libraries or industrial camera systemsExposure to AI, GPU computing, or advanced vision technologies is a plusWhat we offerA truly international environment, collaborating with teams across Europe and North AmericaA role with strong technical impact on product quality, architecture and team practicesA culture that values collaboration, ownership and continuous improvementOccasional travel opportunities to collaborate with global teams and customer sites___We're an equal opportunity employer.
