This role is 100% onsite in Plano, Texas.Position Overview: The Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, developing and implementing plans to ensure financial growth and profitability. This key responsibilities will include:Manage and direct financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reportingEstablishes, monitors, and enforces policies and procedures to help guide financial decisions.Assess the organizations financial performance and provide strategic advice and direction to managementMonitor cash management strategies, investments, and capital partner relationshipsDevelop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and proceduresComplies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying current and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing compliance, filing financial reports, and advising management on necessary actions.Prepares reports for the company, investors, capital partners, and lenders by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
