The Patient Concierge will be the welcoming face of Minnow Wellness and provide exceptional, high-touch customer service to patients. Responsibilities include managing patient bookings, assisting with scheduling, handling receptionist duties, and ensuring an outstanding client experience throughout their visit. The role plays a critical part in maintaining the clinic’s 5-star customer experience by addressing patient inquiries, facilitating seamless service, and collaborating with the care team to ensure patient satisfaction.QualificationsStrong skills and experience in Concierge Services and managing Clinical ReservationsExcellent Customer Service and Communication abilitiesProficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and administrative tasksHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitaskingAbility to foster positive relationships with patients and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphereFamiliarity with healthcare environments and patient interaction is preferredBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is a plusAbility to work in-person 8am - 5pm
