This entry-level position assists with issue triage, documentation, and minor enhancements to existing applications. The Associate collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and contributes to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide first-level client support for assigned software applications.\nCommunicate with clients to provide clear written instructions and document issues using JIRA.\nDiagnose and triage software issues; identify and document root causes.\nAssist in maintaining and enhancing existing software solutions.\nContribute to the development and documentation of potential solutions.\nSupport the preparation of functional and technical documentation.\nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination sessions.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nFamiliarity with professional programming concepts; no prior experience required.\nExposure to HTML, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL, and relational databases.\nUnderstanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nBasic troubleshooting and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nWork Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week\nTravel: Less than 10%\nPhysical Activity:\nProlonged periods of sitting and computer use\nAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds\nAbility to lift up to 30 pounds\nFrequent repetitive motions with hands\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
