This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, AWS skills, DevOps skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter PLM installation, administration, and upgrade skills. As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success. Understand and demonstrate how SGT PLM services will impact and integrate with customers’ initiatives, business drivers to deliver value.\nResponsibilities:\nLeverage industry best practices and templates for the SGT PLM Software solution delivered to provide customer value.\nLead project activities to conduct system performance reviews and define configuration settings for optimal system performance.\nAnalyze and translate infrastructure requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives.\nDesign the Deployment Architecture and determine infrastructure hardware sizing aligned with the customer strategy, roadmap, IT policies, and standards.\nDefines activities to analyze, tune and monitor customer environments for optimal performance and stability for PLM products.\nComprehend customization / software extension points of PLM products and determine the impact of customization on the hardware infrastructure design.\nProvide advice and support for appropriate go live and post production activities utilizing SGT’s Best Practices.\nSupport project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality.\nCommunicate project processes, progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.\nImplementation of the overall Teamcenter PLM Solution, which includes installation and upgrade activities, as well as integration with other software applications.\nRequirements:\n\nBS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent knowledge of PLM.\nWorking knowledge of the following: UNIX, LINUX, Windows Servers, heterogeneous network environments, virtualized hardware environments, web servers, cloud computing, automation scripting, proxy server, Active Directory, SAML, SSL, SSO, Java EE and .NET web tier, Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.\nExperience writing Terraform and AWS CloudFormation templates\nExperience developing DevOps solutions from scratch using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Packer, AWS Code and related products\nAbility to build code pipelines and support deployment activities\nAbility to write scripts in Javascript, Bash, Python, or similar\nA good understanding of foundational cloud components (e.g.: VPN, Direct Connect, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, \"cross account\" capabilities)\nKnowledge and application of container, orchestration, and container platform technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift\nFamiliarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide and Risk Management Framework.\nExperience leading a group of consultants during a software implementation.\nMultiple years working in a customer facing environment.\nGood communication skills at various levels throughout an organization.\nA self-starter with strong communication skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 75%.\nSkills that will set you apart from the rest:\nMultiple years implementing Teamcenter solutions or similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Agile.\nPrevious experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES implementations.
