This role offers the opportunity to lead projects for the Solution Exchange, contribute to process optimization efforts, and collaborate closely with team members to drive impactful outcomes. The internship provides hands-on experience in program management and a chance to develop key skills in teamwork, project leadership, and process improvement.\r\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\r\nLead and contribute to multiple projects throughout the internship, including initiatives for the Solution Exchange.\r\nAssist with process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\r\nCollaborate closely with team members on the Solution Network team to achieve project goals.\r\nRequired Education and Experience\r\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as business or a related discipline.\r\nMinimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.\r\nStrong preference of junior, senior, and graduate-level students.\r\nPrior internship experience is beneficial but not required.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\r\nHighly motivated and self-directed.\r\nPossess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.\r\nExcellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.\r\nKnow your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\r\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\r\nAbility to analyze data and provide recommendations.\r\nComfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups.\r\nStrong interpersonal skills.\r\nAbility to maintain confidentiality .\r\nStrong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships .\r\nProven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism .\r\nStrong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting.\r\nAble to work on a broad variety of projects.\r\nAdaptable to changing needs and situations.\r\nAbility to establish credibility and trust .\r\nWho We Are\r\nOneStream is how today's Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and take finance further by steering the business to the future.
