Process Analyst
Process Analyst Job Summary: Lead projects that focus on implementing industry best practices in end to end processes including opportunity identification and providing recommendations for improvementsResponsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders and IT to document current state processesIdentifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues leveraging lean six sigma tools/templatesLeads and facilitates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization effortsIdentifies and recommends opportunities to implement process or technology improvementsPartners with stakeholders to document business requirements and drives sign-off of BRD (business requirements document), managing BRDs (including those with high complexity), cross-functional and cross-regional reviewsWorks with BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and developmentPartner with Change Management team to evaluate and document impact of revised processes on end usersCreates and deliver training to end users on revised processes/technology solutionsManages process and procedural documentation:Lead and manage user acceptance testing including identification of test cases and resourcesAssesses testing progress and communicates to stakeholders.Completes post deployment analysis, monitoring and control, driving recommendation for improvement to completionBuild desktop procedures and policy documentsDrives consistency and alignment across different functional teams
