Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and coordinating meetings. Core responsibilities include effectively communicating on behalf of leadership, overseeing administrative tasks, and collaborating with key teams to ensure smooth operations. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and play a vital role in managing day-to-day office priorities. Qualifications Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive SupportExperience preparing and managing Expense ReportsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersPrior experience and competence in general Administrative AssistanceExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platformsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive informationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, preferred
