Know basic cocktail recipes\nKeep it clean. You’re fanatical about clutter.\nPerform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment\nRespond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise\nUnderstand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)\nFollow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures\nAvailability to work weekends and some holidays\nBe available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant\nFox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
