Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and supervise applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy interventions.
Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other staff members.
Monitor and evaluate client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
