Financial Systems Lead (OneStream)New Jersey | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days onsite) | 💼 Full-TimeWe’re working with the U.S. arm of a globally recognised manufacturing group to appoint a Financial Systems Lead with strong OneStream expertise. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of core finance platforms and drive improvements across reporting, integrations, and automation.The OpportunityYou’ll act as the go-to expert for enterprise financial systems, leading the configuration, enhancement, and long-term optimisation of tools such as OneStream XF and Oracle EBS. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, giving you real influence over systems strategy, performance, and scalability.You’ll be trusted to solve complex challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and help shape best practices across the finance technology landscape.What You’ll Be DoingOwn and manage the day-to-day performance and configuration of OneStream (security, metadata, workflows, system health)Build and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics for FP&A, Accounting, and Tax teamsLead integrations between finance systems, ensuring data accuracy, controls, and complianceIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes across platformsPartner closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver system improvementsLead projects end-to-end, while supporting and mentoring junior team membersDeliver training and drive adoption of financial systems across the businessWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS (Master’s a plus)~6–8 years’ experience working with ERP/EPM/financial systemsStrong hands-on experience with platforms like OneStream, Hyperion, or similarSolid understanding of financial processes, planning, and reportingProven track record delivering system integrations and leading projectsComfortable working cross-functionally and engaging senior stakeholdersBonus: experience with VBA or C#Additional FocusYou’ll also play a key role in evaluating new tools and technologies, helping the business stay ahead with scalable, efficient, and compliant finance systems.🚫 Please NoteNo third-party applicationsNo visa sponsorship availableUC or GC only🏢 About Hirobe Limited Expert recruitment, powered by a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
