The OpportunityA growing, multi-location employer is looking for a Benefits & Retirement Supervisor to own and elevate its benefits and retirement infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can run a tight operation and still see the bigger picture.You'll lead a small team and serve as the go-to expert for employees and managers across the organization.What You'll OwnFull lifecycle management of group benefits programs — medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and 401(k)Leave of absence, workers' comp, and accommodation coordination across state and federal requirements401(k) administration: enrollment, audits, true-up calculations, trustee coordination, and payroll fundingOpen enrollment planning and employee communicationsBenefits compliance: documentation, government filings, plan audits, and regulatory reportingTeam leadership — coaching, performance management, and day-to-day supervisionWhat We're Looking For3+ years of progressive group benefits experienceStrong working knowledge of FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACAExperience with self-funded welfare benefit plans (preferred)High Excel proficiency and comfort across HRIS/payroll systemsCEBS, PHR, or equivalent certification (preferred)A leader who communicates clearly, protects confidentiality, and solves problems without being askedWhy It's Worth Your LookCompetitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to build something — not just maintain it.
