Danforth Company, you will play a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics‑ready datasets. In this role, you will partner closely with analytics, IT, and business teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and accessible data solutions that support reporting and advanced analytics initiatives.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support scalable data processing and integration across systems.\n\nIntegrate data from internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and availability.\n\nDevelop and maintain logical and physical data models, including analytics‑ready data layers for reporting and insights.\n\nDeliver clean, reliable datasets that enable self‑service analytics and support business intelligence tools.\n\nImplement data quality checks, validation processes, and monitoring to ensure data integrity.\n\nSupport data governance initiatives, including metadata management, lineage, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.\n\nOptimize data pipelines, queries, and storage solutions to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues, provide enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.\n\nQualifications\n\n3–7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience with data modeling concepts and techniques.\n\nExperience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\nKnowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling).\n\nProficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Spark, or similar.\n\nStrong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
