Reservation/Front Desk ManagerThe Aielli Group is looking for a Reservation/Front Desk Manager to join our team. Main responsibilities include greeting guest, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining and bar area.To be successful as a Reservation/Front Desk Manager, you should have solid organizational and people skills to ensure our guest have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guest.Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting times.Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.Provide menus and announce Server name.Acknowledge customers upon their departure.Maintain a clean reception area.Cater to guests who require extra attention (children, elderly).Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.Manage reservations.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
