A Day in Your Life at MKS:The Manager of North America Warehouse & Distribution is the strategic and operational leader for a network of 12 warehouse and distribution facilities across Massachusetts, Arizona, Mexico, New York, Colorado, and Oregon. This role owns the performance of the North American distribution network, ensuring optimal safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, service-level achievement, and operational excellence across all locations.The Manager partners closely with the Sr. Manager of Global Distribution Continuous Improvement to build and execute the long-term distribution roadmap—enabling scalability, automation, standardization, Lean transformation, and operational maturity across the network. This role serves as a leader within Global Supply Chain, supporting strategy, shaping operational priorities, and driving long-term capability development.You Will Make an Impact By:Provide leadership for 12 warehouse & distribution sites across the U.S. and MexicoDevelop and execute a multi-year North America distribution strategyEstablish KPIs, SOPs, governance, and reporting standards across the networkLead capacity planning, space utilization, and network optimizationHelp ensure world-class warehouse execution across all operational areasDrive improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and inventory accuracyEvaluate and implement automation, digital tools, and advanced WMS capabilitiesEnsure compliance with OSHA, quality, and trade regulationsHelp support Lean, CI, and Kaizen initiatives across all distribution sitesSupport cost reduction, productivity improvement, and service enhancement programsLead and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teamsStrengthen leadership pipelines, workforce planning, and talent developmentOversee proper use of ERP/WMS systems across all sitesDrive digital transformation and warehouse automation initiativesOversee warehouse-centric 3PL performance (non-carrier)Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and ITSkills You Bring:10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations5+ years of multi-site leadership experience across the U.S.; Mexico preferredBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, or BusinessProven experience leading transformational initiativesStrong leadership presence and executive communication skillsDeep analytical and KPI management skillsAbility to travel up to 40%Preferred Skills:Bilingual English/Spanish. Lean Six Sigma certifications. ASCM/SCPro/CLTD/CSCP/CPIM certifications. Experience leading operations through growth. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.Salary Pay Range: $109,750-$182,900 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
