This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy providing exceptional service at weddings, private events, and club functions. Event Servers play a vital role in ensuring each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds member and guest expectations.Key Responsibilities Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, place settings, and service stations Provide attentive food and beverage service during events, including plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout service Follow event timelines and coordinate with banquet captains and kitchen staff Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally Adhere to all service standards, safety guidelines, and club policies Assist with post-event cleanup and resetting for future functionsQualifications Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional appearance and excellent customer service attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer Competitive hourly pay $15, plus event tip out Opportunities for growth within a respected private club environment Supportive team atmosphere Employee meals included each shift Uniform (Shirt) included
