This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, EVV management, staff scheduling and ensuring compliance with 245D requirements. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and hiring processOnboard new employeesCreate training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policiesEnsure staff files meet 245D compliance requirementsEducate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensationAssist in performance management tasksCollect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to managementTrack employee certifications and renewal deadlinesCreate and manage staff scheduleFill open shifts and manage call outsMonitor EVV entries for accuracy and completionSupport day-to-day operations as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldPrevious experience as an HR Generalist or related positionIn-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor lawsKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databasesExcellent time management and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with 245D
