The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\n Key Accountabilities:\n\n1. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Wardcraft’s culture, values, policies, and commitment to quality.\n2. Perform machine assembly, assembling products from blueprints, work orders, or established standards.\n3. Wiring of electrical components.\n4. Accurately record labor hours, materials, and other required information to the appropriate work orders in the company’s business system.\n5. Assist with preparing completed equipment for shipment, installation, or customer delivery as needed.\n\n6. Inspect completed work to verify proper assembly, alignment, operation, and compliance with Wardcraft’s quality requirements. 7. Communicate material shortages, drawing discrepancies, quality concerns, equipment problems, or potential production delays to the supervisor.8. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Shipping, and other departments to support project schedules and the timely completion and delivery of equipment.\n9. Properly use, inspect, maintain, and store company tools and equipment.\n10. Works in harmony with all other departments.11. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area. 12. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and required personal protective equipment practices.\n13. All other duties as assigned. Requirements:\n High school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, assembly drawings, work orders, and basic electrical or controls diagrams.\nGeneral knowledge of mechanical and electrical machine components.\nAbility to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and accurately.\nBasic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to perform basic math and measurements.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to enter time and material information accurately.\nAbility to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with employees across departments.\nAbility to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.\nWork Environment\n\nWhile performing this job, the employee regularly works in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical components, vibration, fumes, airborne particles, metalworking fluids, and coolant.
