Along the way, you'll get hands-on with AI-assisted analytics and automation tools, helping us work smarter and deliver reporting that's faster, sharper, and genuinely useful.\nIf you love finding the “why” behind the data, get energy from solving problems before they become problems, and want your analysis to actually move the needle for clients, we think you'll fit right in.\nEssential Functions\nActively pursue opportunities to utilize AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation, and data delivery tools to improve reporting efficiency and quality\nCreate and deliver customized, insightful reporting in collaboration with the Client Relations team and Plus clients, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely\nPerform reporting analysis to make connections between, and offer insights on, program results, client strategy and operating performance\nIn addition to Client Relations, assist Business Development, Consulting Services and other Plus teams in analyzing client data for recommendations, trends, benchmarking, etc.\nAssist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders\nSupport in the development and creation of client strategic reviews\nWork with the implementation team to onboard new accounts\nCollaborate with team members and clients to effectively identify and resolve problems, as well as use new concepts, processes and technologies to create efficiencies\nProactively offer suggestions for improvement of processes and efficiencies\nMaintain consistent and reliable attendance\nMaintain positive, professional relationships with external partners and colleagues\nProactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policies\nMaintain accurate “real time” records in all Plus systems\nQualifications\nMinimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field\nCollege degree preferred or equivalent experience\nGlobal mobility industry experience preferred but not required\nRequired Skills and Abilities\nStrong customer service and organizational skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced knowledge of Excel\nAbility to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges\nDemonstrate initiative and ability to learn new software programs or applications that are used in Plus's business operations\nEffective and proactive problem-solving skills\nExcellent numerical and analytical skills\nStrong attention to detail\nExperience with or strong interest in AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation, and data workflow tools and SQL reporting\nCompensation and Benefits Summary\nThis role offers a salary range of $58,000 – $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.\nIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:\nAnnual discretionary profit-sharing bonus\nPaid floating holiday\n401(k) retirement contributions\nSalary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks.
