We distinguish ourselves in the industry through our unwavering investment in training and development opportunities.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nCultivating Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and monitor leads for upcoming projects.\nCrafting Estimates and Proposals: Develop detailed conceptual estimates, budgets, and proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.\nProject Planning and Scheduling: Create cost-effective project plans and schedules, from buy-outs to permit processes, ensuring all stages are meticulously managed.\nCoordination and Communication: Collaborate with superintendents, review daily logs, facilitate effective communication among trades and clients, and promptly address safety concerns or deficiencies.\nBudget Management: Monitor and control construction schedules and associated expenses, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.\nProgress Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and potential plan modifications to owners and architects, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.\nClient Interaction: Handle client interactions with professionalism, emphasizing solution-driven approaches to meet client needs and manage expectations effectively.\nDocumentation Management: Manage all project documentation efficiently within company software (Procore), including AIA Prime Contracts, Subcontract Agreements, Change Orders, and payment applications.\nChange Management: Identify changes in project scope proactively, negotiate and execute change orders as needed to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction.\nSubcontractor Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.\nProject Close-Out: Oversee the project close-out process effectively, ensuring all aspects are completed satisfactorily and client handover is smooth.\nStrengthening GC/Architect Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with architects, ensuring alignment on project goals, design intent, and execution strategies.
