Act as the technical consultant for capital projects inside the warehouse.\n(3) Understand, maintain and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems.\n(4) Monitor material handling equipment (MHE), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and partner with maintenance/operations for system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations.\n(5) Act as first level escalation support for the Control Systems Techs/Leads, during and after business hours, troubleshooting locally or remotely and repairing all hardware or controls software systems in complex industrial environments.\n(6) Project Management (PM) of large-scale initiatives that will require work activities coordination of site-based Automation Engineers (AE) to accomplish goals of the business.\n(7) Facilitate Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes and implement process improvements or retraining to avoid future incidents.\n(8) Apply subject matter expertise (SME) in material handling and electronic systems to maximize building utilization of systems.\n(9) Perform, Utilize, and provide analysis building System Assessments to assess material handling system performance.\n(10)Programming and source coding for in-house built solutions based on PLC or PC controllers and SCADA/OEE platforms.\n(11)Develop solutions related to Automation Systems.
