Where do we Run? Local and regional work within a 300-mile radius of Nashville Home daily after your shift (barring unforeseen circumstances) What do we haul? Primarily palletized, no-touch, F.A.K. No tailgating and no pallet jacking required What kind of trucks? Late-model International day cabs – all automatics 53’ dry vans (mostly new; some older but well maintained) About half of trailers have air tandem slide What time do we start? Shifts typically begin between 4 AM and 8 AM Your daily start time can be set with dispatch Do we work on weekend? Schedules may include weekend days Monday–Friday drivers can pick up weekend shifts upon request Do we work at night? Occasional night linehaul or shuttle positions available Availability varies—check with dispatch Night shifts are Mon–Fri only (no weekend nights) Do we work holidays? 6 paid holidays Guaranteed off: Christmas Day & Thanksgiving Day Must be available on other holidays unless PTO is requested 2 weeks in advance If you work a holiday → holiday pay + your regular pay Do we have benefits? Very few appointments. Dispatch takes care of the driver but the loads do have to get moved. How much do we get paid? Very few appointments Dispatch is supportive, but loads must run—steady work How does the attendance Incentive work? Up to $28.50/hr and up to $0.63 CPM (depending on shift, days, experience, and incentives) Attendance Incentive Begins after your first full calendar month If you have perfect attendance: +$2/hr the following month +$0.03/mile the following month If you miss a day, you lose the incentive for the next month—but you can earn it again after a full qualifying month Do We always get paid hourly?
