These services make an impressive, positive impact to their process efficiency and profitability.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience operating a laser tracker (Leica, FARO, API etc.), preferably in an industrial environment\nBS in Mechanical Engineering or similar or 3+ years 3D metrology experience is preferred.\nMechanical aptitude\nUnderstanding of mathematical principles\nSelf-starter with strong work ethic\nProficient in MS Windows and all common MS Office applications and AutoCAD\nSome experience with at least one of the following applications: Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, BuildIT, Spatial Analyzer, CAM2 or Polyworks.\nMinimal Requirements / Qualifications:\nMechanical/technical background and relevant work experience.\nAbility to pass pre-employment and periodic drug & background screens, per client requirements.\nPhysical activities may include standing, lifting, pushing, climbing, carrying, and operating heavy objects/equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret CAD and mechanical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.\nSelf-starter, innovative, willing to develop and install new tools and processes.\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills.\nInterpersonal and communication skills amongst team members and clients.\nProficient in MS Windows and all common MS Office applications\nLocation / Travel\nThis position will be based in Longview, TX.
