Weekend rotation is mandatory. The unit has 86 beds with an average patient ratio of 10 patients. A rehab secretary is available on weekdays. The documentation system used is Meditech Expanse. Scheduling requires working every other weekend for 36 hours per week. The hours are from 08:00 to 17:30. There is no floating policy. Co-treatment with OT is not available. The staff has an average of 10 years of experience. The unit is equipped with advanced technology. Flexible scheduling options are available.
