Apply via Dice today!Job Title: QA Lead (POS/Retail)Location: San Ramon, CADuration: 12+ MonthsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced POS/Retail QA Lead with strong expertise in retail, POS, eCommerce, and payment systems testing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, test planning, SIT/UAT coordination, defect management, regression testing, and production validation across retail and omnichannel platforms.Key responsibilities include validating POS transactions, payment processing, promotions, loyalty programs, order management, inventory flows, and third-party integrations. The candidate should have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with business, product, development, and support teams to ensure high-quality releases and system stability.Experience with retail systems, payment gateways, API testing, automation exposure, and tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar QA tools is highly preferred.
