We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.\n\nPosition Overview\nAs a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.\n\nProvide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.\n\nDevelop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.\n\nSupervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).\n\nTravel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.\n\nEnsure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.\n\nQualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).\n\nCurrent BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
