approaches.Establish and enforce software engineering standards around design, coding, automated testing, peer reviews, deployment, security, compliance, and operational readiness.Ensure applications meet appropriate security, auditability, accessibility, resiliency, and production-support requirements.Oversee production support activities including incident triage, root-cause analysis, observability, recovery, and reliability improvements.Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent through feedback, delegation, performance management, hiring, and career development.Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.Work closely with Product Owners to balance business priorities with technical requirements, engineering capacity, technical debt, performance, automation, and long-term platform sustainability.Use engineering metrics, production insights, and lessons learned to improve delivery predictability, team performance, and application reliability.Required Qualifications10+ years of software engineering or technology delivery experience.At least 2+ years of people management and engineering leadership experience.Proven experience leading multiple Agile engineering squads.Strong hands-on or technical leadership experience with:JavaSpring BootREST APIsMicroservicesAWS / Cloud-Native DevelopmentAngular or ReactSQL and relational databasesCI/CD pipelinesAutomated testing frameworksStrong background in full-stack software engineering and application development.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and remove delivery blockers.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a technical discipline.Experience with enterprise-scale digital applications and modernization initiatives.Experience working with highly regulated environments.Strong understanding of application security, compliance, auditability, accessibility, and operational
