Analyzes the process to determine likelihood of detection and resulting effect. Suggests preventative steps for correction.\nEnsure that project charges are correctly represented for accounting’s closing process.\nEvaluates that project charges are correctly represented for accounting’s closing process.\nExecutes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred\nExperience with TxDOT specifications, standards, and reporting preferred.\nProficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and scheduling tools beyond Primavera P6\nStrong leadership and communication skills to coordinate effectively between field teams, clients, and subcontractors.\nAt least 4 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, especially highway work.\nExperience in cost estimating and scheduling.\nLocal knowledge and experience.\nKnowledge and experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nKnowledge with Primavera P6 Scheduling Software is a plus\nCommunication – excellent oral presentation and written skills\nGoal oriented – able to set goals and achieve them\nInterpersonal – able to work well and persuade people at all organization levels\nOrganizational ability – able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects.
