database querying\nPower BI and business intelligence reporting\nETL concepts and data pipelines\nStrong knowledge of CBAP-level Business Analysis practices, including:\nBABOK framework\nRequirements elicitation & documentation\nStakeholder management\nBusiness process modeling\nRequirements lifecycle management\nSolution evaluatio\nWorking knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere\nExperience with Agile tools such as Jira\nFamiliarity with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT for business analysis workflows\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills\nPrior experience delivering online or classroom training preferred\nPreferred Qualifications\nCBAP certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (highly
