Administrative Assistant (Edina)

About the Role:We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing financial services practice. This is a part-time, contract role (10–15 hours per week) ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a business, staying on top of details, and helping create a smooth, professional experience for clients.This role is a great fit for someone who is proactive, communicative, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.What You'll Do:Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointmentsHandle client communication, including emails and follow-upsPrepare and organize applications, documents, and client filesSupport the insurance and financial planning process from start to finishMaintain accurate records and ensure everything stays organized and on trackAssist with light marketing tasks (social media, event coordination, etc.)Provide general administrative support as neededWhat We're Looking For:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailClear, professional communication styleAbility to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlinesComfortable working independently and taking initiativeSomeone who enjoys creating order and supporting othersPreferred Experience:Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar managementBackground in financial services, insurance, or another professional services environmentPosition Details:10–15 hours per weekContract / 1099 roleFlexible scheduleWhy This Role:This is an opportunity to be part of a growing practice where your work directly impacts client experience and day-to-day operations.
