Receptionist/ BDC Rep - Service & Parts Department
Summary The Receptionist / BDC Rep answers all incoming calls to the dealership service center. Essential Duties Downloads and follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists. Answers all inbound service center calls service, parts and body shop. Provide customers with price quotes and other information. Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership. Make CSI follow-up calls. Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments. Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns. Communicate with customer on service status in a friendly and professional manner Faciliatate the parts & service sales process from start to finish. Review shop estimates to be sure the correct parts have been ordered and all pricing is in-line with estimate Provides high-level service to internal and external customers Make sure all internal requests are billed on service repair order Receive payment from customers and/or obtains credit authorization Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Works on service drive contacting customers for test drive opportunities. Other tasks as assigned. Marginal Duties Participates in community activities with product knowledge and informational sessions.
