This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected company offering great long-term benefits once hired on.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate Reach Truck and Cherry Picker forklifts\nLoad, unload, and stock tires and auto parts\nUse RF scanners for inventory and product placement\nLift up to 60 lbs. consistently and up to 120 lbs. occasionally\nWork at heights up to 26 feet, must be comfortable working at these heights while safely operating equipment.\nBe on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.\nContribute to the safety culture, ensuring that you adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.\nFollow safety procedures and supervisor instructions\nAssist with loading/unloading trucks\nMaintain a clean, organized work area.\nMay assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.\nThe job duties listed in this job description are not exhaustive. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment.\nProtective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel / composite toe boots. All team members must be able to adhere with safety and manufacture guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.\nWork environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
