We have an immediate need for Construction Inspector for our New Jersey office.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nConstruction Inspector primary duties include:\nCarry out construction inspection assignments\nInterface with the Contractor and make sure that all construction is done according to the plan and specification\nCoordinate with utility companies that may have facilities within the job site\nCoordinate with and have knowledge of requirements of regulatory agencies\nIdentify problems and propose solutions\nUtilize standard quantity recording and reporting procedures\nAble to handle overall inspection of small projects with limited direction/instruction from supervisor. Projects to be in North Jersey.\nQualifications and Skills\nBS in Civil Engineering from an accredited college with 1-5 years of experience in Construction Inspection\nExperience with Streetscape projects is a plus\nKnowledge of ADA curb ramp is a must\nStrong written, oral, communication, organizational skills will be required\nValid driver licensed required.
