Role Description We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our team on-site in the Houma-Thibodaux Area. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform organizational decision-making. Key tasks include developing dashboards, conducting statistical analyses, generating insights, and preparing detailed reports. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and to present findings effectively to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data AnalyticsKnowledge of Statistics and experience with statistical tools and techniquesExperience in Data Modeling and working with data visualization toolsExcellent Communication skills for presenting data insights clearly to stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environmentProficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is a plusBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
