Experience developing scalable applications. 2. Knowledge of technical and application architecture patterns. 3. Real-world experience architecting and designing large scale applications (hundreds to thousands of concurrent users).\r\nWhat does the team structure look like - how many members and what is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)?
