SOCIAL MEDIA & STORYTELLING LEAD Revel Rouge Events | New York CityRevel Rouge Events is seeking a highly organized, visually sophisticated Social Media & Storytelling Lead to shape how our events are captured, curated, and shared with the world while supporting our events team.This role sits at the intersection of luxury event production, editorial storytelling, and digital brand building. You will oversee the full lifecycle of event media: from photographer direction and content capture to publishing across social platforms, blog, and website.Based in New York City with frequent travel to the Hamptons, this position offers the opportunity to work closely alongside the founder of one of NYC’s premier event firms while helping define the visual narrative of our brand.This role is ideal for someone with a strong editorial eye who thrives in high-energy environments and wants to play a meaningful role in how extraordinary events are documented and experienced beyond the moment.What you'll Do: Lead Event StorytellingOwn the digital narrative for each event from capture through publication.Develop shot lists and creative direction for photographers and videographersCapture behind-the-scenes and editorial-style content during eventsLead the photographer to achieve the shot list with editorial eyeSelect and edit hero imagery to maintain the signature Revel Rouge aestheticCurate visual storytelling that highlights design, detail, and guest experience (For company e-blast, social media post, website photos, etc) Manage Social & Editorial ContentBring each event to life across multiple platforms.Present a three month social media, blog, and e-blast content schedule to the CEO in advance.Plan and publish 3–6 strategic Instagram posts per event, including carousels, detail storytelling, and before-and-after transformationsProduce short-form video for Reels and TikTokWrite LinkedIn recaps, Pinterest content, and update internal photo archivesDraft and schedule email newsletters and campaign announcementsMaintain a visually elevated presence across all digital platformsWebsite & Digital PlatformsHelp maintain a polished and current digital presence.Update and manage the Revel Rouge website using SquarespaceUpload and edit galleries, blog posts, e-blasts, and portfolio pagesEnsure the website remains visually cohesive and aligned with our latest workManage and curate the Revel Rouge Amazon Storefront, maintaining product collections and ensuring the page reflects our brand aestheticHelp Revel Rouge Creative Team on client facing proposal lookbooks with advance experience in Canva Oversee Media & Digital ArchivesCreate a highly organized system for our growing visual library.Download, organize, rename, and archive all media assets (Pic-Time or similar platforms)Maintain high-resolution archives for proposals, marketing materials, and brand storytellingHelp maintain digital organization across Google Drive, Sheets, and DocsSupport Brand & Event ProductionPlay a hands-on role in bringing events to life.Attend events to capture content and support productionAssist with event load-ins (early mornings) and load-outs (late nights, typically 12–3 AM)Support vendors and the Revel Rouge team to ensure seamless executionAssist with errands, setup, and day-of coordination as neededMust be able to lift up to 35 poundsWho You Are: You combine creative instinct with operational precision.NYC-based and available for frequent travel (Day trips to the Hamptons, or weekends beyond) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detailPossess a refined visual eye and strong editing instinctsSkilled storyteller with strong copywriting abilityComfortable directing photographers and managing creative vendorsExperienced with Squarespace website editing and updatesAble to manage and curate an Amazon StorefrontThrive in fast-paced, high-pressure event environmentsFlexible and available to work weekends when events require it (advance notice will be provided)Positive, polished, and proactive — someone who anticipates needs before they ariseBonus Experience Luxury events, hospitality, weddings, or editorial mediaInstagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn content strategyGoogle Workspace; experience with Canva, Excel, or Hootsuite is a plusBasic photo editing or visual curation experienceWhy Join Revel Rouge Work closely with the founder of a leading NYC event firmGain unparalleled behind-the-scenes access to luxury eventsPlay a central role in shaping the brand’s visual identity and digital presenceBuild a portfolio documenting some of the most beautiful events in New York, the Hamptons, and beyond Be part of a creative, fast-moving environment where no two events are the sameTo Apply Please send your resume including a cover letter with links to social media accounts, portfolios, or writing samples to info@revelrouge.comIf applicable, include a Cover letter with links to social media accounts, portfolios, or writing samples.Tell us what excites you about this opportunity.Application Deadline: March 15, 2026Join us in creating extraordinary events that inspire and delight.#Hiring #LuxuryEvents #NYCJobs #EventProduction #CreativeCareers #RevelRouge
